COVID-19

Emergency Response Plan

CoronaDoc.png

Our company is following guidelines set out by the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal, state, and local laws and ordinance to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees.

One important change is our policy on passengers. We have suspended passengers from being allowed to be transported in our towing units. All customers will be asked to find alternate transportation. However, we will not leave anyone stranded in a dangerous situation or on the side of the roadway. In those cases, the customer will be transported to the closest safe location or tow destination, whichever is closer or more feasible, but will be required to wear face coverings.

Face masks will be required to enter our facilities in accordance with Athens-Clarke County ordinance. Our employees have been directed to use face coverings when directly interacting with customers and the general public.

All employees are being asked to use safety measures such as using hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks where applicable and/or practical. All trucks and facilities will be disinfected before each shift and throughout the day.

Customers are being asked to use proper social distancing and to not shake hands with our employees.

All employees are being asked to stay home if showing symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who is positive for the Coronavirus, have been asked to self-quarantine, or have tested positive for COVID-19.
